This highly-successful and innovative industrial business is a market leader in the Gas and Services industry on a global scale, both producing and distributing assets worldwide. The opportunity has now become available for an ambitious, articulate and well-presented Sales Manager to join the team based out of Wacol.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will develop and enhance the performance and capability of a team of Business Development Managers who call upon a wide variety of small to medium business customers. You will coach, assist and lead the group, working to overall targets and KPIs to achieve strong team sales results.

Ideally tertiary qualified, you will possess previous experience leading a field-based sales or account management team. You will be a self-motivated, professional, reliable and driven candidate and will be authentic, straightforward and a great leader of people.
