This successful, well-run industrial company based in Mulgrave is experiencing significant growth. The group imports and distributes high-end capital equipment which it sells to the construction, engineering and government sectors. An exciting opportunity is now available for an organised, self-motivated Office Administrator to join the team in a key role for the business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will turn your hand to a wide array of tasks as needed. These will include taking calls, greeting guests and assisting Finance and HR from an administrative perspective across AP, AR, ordering, policies and procedures. You will book travel and accommodation, respond to enquiries, and generally build rapport with customers to assist in ongoing growth of the business.

Reliable and mature and with very strong PC skills, you will be an adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment. You will have excellent administrative and people skills, and a willingness to tackle whatever tasks are required in a small business setting. You are now looking to join a professional, ethical business where you will be a vital member of a dynamic team. A current driver’s licence is required for this role.
