With a history spanning in excess of 10 years this well-regarded Australian organisation specialises in delivering a targeted suite of online qualifications to experienced, adult learners. Due to ongoing growth, the company requires a resourceful Information Systems Coordinator to help implement improvements in line with the company strategy across all business functions.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will work with Salesforce daily, creating and maintaining custom Objects, workflows and processes.  You will also coordinate projects to improve systems, processes, IT infrastructure and platforms for the customer base. Able to think creatively, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing Manager to develop strategies to solve current issues and create technical improvements across the business.

With previous experience in an IT role and hands-on experience using Salesforce, your background will also include hardware setup/maintenance/troubleshooting, knowledge of maintaining web servers and implementing integrations. Experience in coding, WordPress, AWS and LMS would also be beneficial. Your organization and prioritization skills will be excellent, as will your ability to communicate clearly and consistently. You can work both autonomously and in a team and have a clear sense of pride and ownership of your work.
