This well-established business provides a comprehensive mobile bar, cocktail and beverage service catering for events of all types and sizes. With a twelve-year history, the group has won numerous awards for service and innovation and can tailor its offering to meet the requirements of every client. Delivering a large number of events every week, the company now seeks the services of an outstanding Events Coordinator to join the team based in the Moorabbin office.

Reporting to the Director you will work as a key member of a small, close-knit office following a company checklist to ensure that around 20 events are delivered smoothly each week. You will liaise with clients, coordinate with warehouse and logistics and work closely with sales. Your role will be highly-varied and busy and will require you to prioritise, multi-task, administrate and work quickly and accurately through large numbers of tasks.

Ideally with previous experience in a fast-paced events role or similar, you will be personable, reliable, well-presented and a great team member. You will likely have gained your varied exposure in a smaller business where you have needed to turn your hand to all types of tasks. You will be customer-focused and intelligent with the ability to think on your feet. Strong PC skills and your ability to go the extra mile will also help you to be successful in this role.
