This impressive organisation has a thirty-year history as a wholly Australian-owned distributor of leisure products, covering toys, sporting goods, stationery, craft, party, and carnival. Boasting a strong culture and lengthy staff tenure, the group now offers an exciting opportunity to join in a newly created role as Digital Marketing Specialist.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will develop and maintain an overarching marketing strategy for the business, including the launch of the brand in new markets and for new products in existing markets. You will oversee the execution of advertising campaigns (TVC, digital and other select media) to track performance and optimise current and future campaigns to ensure budgets are efficiently managed. You will also manage the SEM program with agency support and run social advertising campaigns either directly or through an outsourced partner.

Ideally Tertiary qualified in Marketing or a related discipline, you will possess previous experience in a Marketing, Web or Digital position. You will have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and will be a competent writer. You will enjoy building relationships, both internally and externally, and are now looking to make your mark in an established, successful business.
