With a 30 year history providing materials for the construction industry, this well-established business looks to develop its people from within. As the company continues to grow a rare opportunity has become available for a keen, ambitious individual to join the team based in Collingwood commencing in Counter Sales and Customer Service.

Reporting to the management team, you will work closely with, and be trained and mentored by the National Customer Service & Logistics Manager. You will handle a high volume of incoming phone enquiries, providing answers to customer questions, processing orders and sending out quotes. You will also respond to email-based requests in an organized and timely manner. As your knowledge base in relation to the business and its products grows, you will be also given the chance to take on some field-based sales and account management duties, again with the benefit of close training and guidance.

Ideally mechanically-minded or with some previous exposure to the Construction industry, you will be honest, diligent and enthusiastic about learning and gaining tenure with a company. You will be happy to turn your hand to a wide variety of tasks as needed in a small business. A good communicator with strong PC skills, you will love being busy and will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. You are now looking to build a career with a stable, successful organisation.
