With over 15 years’ experience this highly-regarded Australian organisation specialises in delivering a targeted suite of online qualifications to experienced, adult learners. The group is committed to offering training solutions that will add significant value to people and in turn to their workplaces. As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for an enthusiastic and service-driven Customer Service Consultant to join the team based in Mitcham.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager you will promote student engagement by conducting introductory welcome calls to new students and further follow up calls once they begin their course. You will generate Learning Plans for students using a template and act as a point of contact for them, assisting them with their enquiries via Live Chat. You will review student feedback and work closely with the course development team to continually improve student experience. Additionally, you will complete regular follow up tasks based on student activity and update student files in Salesforce.
With experience in a customer-focused role, it will be your empathy and excellent communication skills that enable you to build rapport with those of all backgrounds. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be confident in using technology. You will be a fast-learner with excellent time-management skills. Ultimately it will be your drive, work ethic and customer-centric approach that set you apart.
