This innovative business provides highly intelligent software to numerous organisations in the Not for Profit sector. The group helps to track project spend, minimise wastage and delivers associated reporting to assist in securing ongoing funding. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a highly-capable Business Development Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will follow up on enquiries and leads, taking a consultative selling approach. You will utilise an empathetic style, whilst continuing to push discussions towards tangible outcomes in an appropriate way. You will also identify new prospects, networking within the Not for Profit sector and acting as an Ambassador for the business.

Possessing a strong sales track record, you will ideally have had some prior exposure to the Not for Profit space. You will be an authentic individual, who is mature, consistent and reliable. Your previous work history may also have touched upon Software as a Service (SaaS). You will be flexible, with the ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment. You are now looking to join a business which is on a fast-growth trajectory working in a pivotal role.
