This well-established, high-performing consultancy has a strong social conscience and delivers work that has genuinely positive outcomes. The group works across all sectors including government, not for profits and industry bodies, designing and evaluating programs and building the capability of its clients in the design, monitoring and evaluation space. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an impressive Administrator to join the team based in Richmond.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will book domestic and international travel arrangements for consultants including visas and mobile plans. You will manage the office email, answer the phone and greet visitors, manage office supplies including stationery, organise workshop materials and induct new staff.
With previous administration experience gained in a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills alongside an impeccable eye for detail. You are a natural planner and naturally think two steps ahead to ensure continuous smooth-running of the office. You will be technologically literate with experience using MS Office. You will take pride and ownership of your role and be looking to join a vibrant, diverse team in a role in a growing business. There will be some upcoming system upgrades, so an interest in or experience in dealing with business systems will be preferable.
