Due to ongoing growth an opportunity is now available for a mature, experienced Account Manager to join the business.
Reporting to the sales management team you will proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts and hunt for new accounts in the construction sector. You will work autonomously calling on these businesses regularly both over the phone and face to face. You will assist with ordering, introduce new product lines and specials, and provide high-quality customer service to ensure repeat and referred business. You will also be provided with the opportunity to cross-sell the group’s new office supplies and amenities offerings into your customer base.
Reliable, experienced and hardworking you will present with previous experience in a sales or account management role and prior exposure to the construction sector. You will enjoy working with customers, building rapport and will possess initiative and the desire to find solutions to customer issues. Happy turning your hand to whatever needs doing, you will enjoy working as part of a small business environment.
